The Process Of Rotational Moulding Of Plastic Water Storage Tank

    2. After the powder is ready, you can insert it in the mould by following the right amount. The machine of rotational moulding is heated around 300-degree Celsius. To form a uniform layer of plastic, the mould is then rotated in a certain low speed. 

    3. Once the heat is generated, the plastic starts to surround in the mould and it gradually agglutinates the mould. With this step, the mould forms a monolithic layer against the mould surface. 

    4. The mould rotation continues until the plastic coagulates and then it reaches the cooling process. Once the cooling process is done the plastic forms into a solid form. The mould rotation is then stopped and the plastic water storage tank is carefully removed from the mould. 

    5. The last step is quality check where every product is checked thoroughly before it is sold in the market.
